Ducati Takes To the Water With Pirelli and SACS Marine
There are many ways to celebrate a brand's big anniversary year, and Ducati is celebrating its 100th by doing something completely left-field - they're building a boat!

What happens when a legendary Italian motorcycle brand hits the century mark? If you’re Ducati, you don't just throw a party, bake a giant cake, or pop a bottle of Prosecco—you build a blistering fast, sleek-as-hell speedboat, obviously.
It is a wonderfully unhinged, completely left-field way to celebrate turning 100, and frankly, we are entirely here for it.
Instead of keeping its famous DNA strictly on two wheels, Borgo Panigale has decided to take the party straight to the open water. Ducati is teaming up with marine powerhouses Pirelli and SACS Marine to unleash a brand-new, ultra-exclusive vessel in the Pirelli Speedboats range.
Here is how this high-octane Italian crossover breaks down:
The Vision: Fusing Ducati’s core values of Style, Sophistication, and Performance with over two decades of high-end maxi-RIB expertise from SACS Marine and Pirelli.
The Look: A custom livery inspired by one of Ducati’s peak engineering masterpieces, crafted side-by-side with the design masterminds at Centro Stile Ducati.
The Vibe: An eye-catching, high-performance walkaround built specifically for speed demons, engine lovers, and anyone who thinks land-bound asphalt is simply too limiting.
As Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali put it, the languages of performance and relentless pursuit of excellence are identical across all three brands—even if one of them usually requires a kickstand. SACS Marine’s Nicola Antonelli and Pirelli’s Marco Maria Tronchetti Provera echoed the sentiment, noting that bringing Ducati into the fold pushes Italian nautical craft to an entirely new tier.
The finished machine will make its official world premiere at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival. Keep your life jackets close, because Italian speed just found a whole new element.
