Husqvarna Trek 2025 Film Drops: Inside Australia’s Ultimate Adventure Ride

If you’ve ever tried to lock in a spot on a Husky Trek, you’ll already know the deal – these things don’t just fill up, they vanish. And after seeing what went down at the latest edition, it’s not hard to understand why.
Husqvarna Motorcycles Australia has dropped its 2025 Trek feature film, capturing what can only be described as one of the most dialled adventure rides you can get access to in this part of the world. Nearly 90 riders made the cut for the sixth running of the event, heading deep into Victoria’s High Country – the spiritual home of the Trek – for six proper days of riding and everything that comes with it.
We’re talking five solid days in the saddle across a mix of terrain that doesn’t care what you’re riding. Dust, mud, rain, rocky climbs, creek crossings – the kind of conditions that sort riders out pretty quickly. And that’s exactly the point. This isn’t a sanitised “adventure-lite” experience. It’s real riding, in real places, with a proper crew behind it.
The lineup was classic Husky adventure spec too, with the Husqvarna 701 Enduro, Husqvarna 701 Enduro LR, Husqvarna Norden 901 and Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition all out there doing what they were built for. Big kilometres, big terrain, zero shortcuts.
What really stands out though – and it’s something Husqvarna deserves a solid nod for – is the commitment to making these kinds of large-scale, properly supported customer activations happen. It’s no small job pulling together a ride like this with full backup, logistics, and a capped group that actually keeps things feeling premium. Plenty of brands talk a big game when it comes to “community” – Husqvarna is out there doing it.
And yeah, watching the feature film back only reinforces one thing: if you ever get the chance to grab a spot, you take it. No hesitation.
Looking ahead, the next chapter is already lined up with the 2026 Trek heading to the Flinders Ranges in South Australia. Same capped numbers, but now with a fully-inclusive package and an expanded six-day format designed to let riders actually soak it all in rather than just blast through it.
Realistically? Expect spots to disappear just as quickly.
For riders who get in, though, this is about as good as it gets – a proper, shared adventure with like-minded people, backed by a brand that’s clearly all-in on delivering something special.
