After a couple of months with the 2023 Moto Morini X-Cape in full factory trim, Moto Morini NZ sent over the official accessory windscreen to install and test out.
The accessory windscreen retails for $489.00 and easily replaces the factory windscreen with just three 5mm hex key bolts. It's a simple install that takes all of 5 minutes, and first impressions are it makes a noticeable difference to comfort behind the bars.
While the factory windscreen takes a good amount of pressure off your chest for touring, it's distinctive shape doesn't offer the most protection possible from the elements. The optional screen, however, is both taller and wider and should increase comfort noticeably for long hauls on the adventure touring Moto Morini.
