First Look | 2021 GasGas Motorcycles

GasGas has finally debuted its long-awaited new generation of moto machines based on new parent company Pierer Mobility Group’s technology, with the new bikes arriving in dealers as 2021 models.

GasGas has gone the whole hog in redesigning the EC and MC ranges – bringing in 19 all-new bikes in total – and has also pinched a leaf out of KTM’s book by including in the 2021 lineup a range of junior models to suit up and coming riders at the start of their motorcycling journey.

All 19 models benefit from the Pierer Group’s established high-performance technical base, yet each one embraces a distinct Spanish style to set them apart from the Austrian base.

The 2021 range starts with the MC50, the first of four models designed for kids aged four to 15. Mirroring the KTM and Husqvarna lineups, the 2021 GasGas line features three high-revving, fun-filled 2-strokes, our MC 50, MC 65 and MC 85 allow riders to unite in the dirt, confident of having the very best bikes.

Adding exciting spark to the range and another manufacturer into the electric mini arena is the MC-E5, GasGas’ version of the all-electric mini based on the KTM SX-E5.

In the trials arena GasGas is offering the same 125cc, 250cc, 280cc and 300cc options within the TXT Racing and TXT GP line-ups, with the 2021 models seeing drastically improved levels of access, service and support. It’s that simple.

The 2021 model year unquestionably marks the start of an exciting, and more importantly stable new chapter for GasGas Motorcycles. To further support the launch of the new range of off-road motorcycles, GasGas has also announced plans to go racing in the U.S.A. The company will contest the 2021 AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross Championships with the Troy Lee Designs Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing Team, which will contest the 2021 AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross Championships in the 250cc and 450cc divisions.
